History

April,1969 Established to manufacture the acetic ester by the investment from Osaka Organic Chemical Industry Ltd., Marubeni Corporation, and Nippon Synthetic Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.
September,1969 The company starts to produce Butyl Acetate and Isobutyl Acetate.
April,1970 The company starts to produce Isopropyl Acetate.
August,1974 Showa Denko Co., Ltd. put fund. The company's capital increases to 55 million yen.
November,1985 Middle boiling point ester equipment is installed.
May,1989 High boiling point ester equipment is installed.
July,1993 The company starts to produce 1.2- butanediol.
December,1996 The company installs equipment for charging powder raw materials.
February,1997 The company starts to produce resin raw materials for semiconductor.
May,1998 The company starts to produce electronic materials grade solvent.
March,1999 Clean room is set up.
June,1999 Equipment for clean filling is installed （for tank lorry).
September,2000 Equipment for clean filling is installed（for drum).
March,2002 The company installs continuous distillation facility (ES).
December,2003 The company acquires ISO9001 certification.
June,2004 Equipment for clean filling is installed （ISO tank container）.
August,2005 The company installs continuous distillation facility (FS).
April,2008 Tokyo Office opened (in Osaka Organic Chemical Ind. Ltd.）
September,2011 Introduced wall wetter equipment
October,2015 ICP-MS8800 introduction
October,2016 Completion of new power receiving building（Stilt type for earthquake resistance and tsunami resistance）
January,2017 ISO9001: Updated to 2015 version（Head office factory、Osaka Sales Office）
May,2020 ICP-MS8900 introduction
May,2024 The company installs continuous distillation facility (GS).
